Tami Raynor, PA-C
Tami Gardner Raynor was raised in Jamestown/High Point, North Carolina. She attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh and later on in 1993 she received her Bachelor of Health Science degree in Physician Assistant from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.She is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of PAs. Ms Raynor has practiced for over 20 years in family practice, pediatrics, gynecology, obstetrics, public health and urgent care.Ms Raynor, along with her two children, Madalynn and Ford, reside at Badin Lake. She enjoys golfing, water sports and traveling.

Philip T. Olshinski, F.N.P.
Philip T. Olshinski, F.N.P. received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1993 from Winston-Salem State University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He then furthered his education by obtaining his Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1995 from East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, Tennessee. Mr. Olshinski has been trained in Neurological Critical Care, Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, and Internal Medicine. Mr. Olshinski, along with his wife, Yana and their two children, Lily and David, reside in Thomasville, North Carolina.

Ralph Michael, FNP-C
Ralph Michael, FNP-C started out as a paramedic. He later received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2000 from Winston-Salem State University. He then furthered his education by obtaining his Master of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Winston-Salem State University in 2004. He is nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Ralph has experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, and family medicine. He resides in Lexington, NC and enjoys hunting, fishing, and farming.

Dr. Mark Keller
Dr. Mark Keller was born in Ohio and raised in Western Pennsylvania. He received his BA in Biology from Wake Forest University located in Winston-Salem, NC in 1980. Dr. Keller completed his medical training at Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in 1985 and then went on to complete an internship and residency in Family Medicine at North Carolina Baptist Hospital located in Winston-Salem, NC. Dr. Keller has 30 years of experience in Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine. He is a Father of three and a Grandfather of four.

Ronda L. Nordman, FNP
Ronda L. Nordman, FNP, is a native of North Carolina, and graduated from the Family Nurse
Practitioner program at Walden University. She is nationally certified through the American
Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse
Practitioners. She has 30 years of critical care and emergency nurse experience prior to
obtaining her Nurse Practitioner certification. Mrs. Nordman and her husband, Chuck, reside in
Asheboro, North Carolina. Her interests include reading, traveling, walking, and enjoying time
with family. She loves dogs, especially her own fur baby, Rex.

Jacob Talkington
Jacob Talkington is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and grew up in Greensboro, NC. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Biology at High Point University in 2012 and then his Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Duke University in Durham, NC in 2015. After working in the Emergency Department for over 7 years, he completed his Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree at East Carolina University. He holds national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He lives in Thomasville, NC and enjoys the outdoors, traveling, hiking, and sports-especially Duke basketball.

Olivia Hewett
Olivia Hewett, PA- C, received her Bachelors of Science in Biology with minors in Chemistry and History
from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2019. She attended PA school and received a
Masters of Medical Science from High Point University in 2023. In her free time, she enjoys embroidery,
running, and spending time with her dog.

Dr. Keith
Dr. Keith is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who joined our Company in 2023. He was
an attending physician at Randolph Health Emergency Room for a decade before transitioning to Urgent
Care. He received a degree in biology from Belmont University and then attended medical school at
Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2008. He completed his residency in
Emergency Medicine at Henry Ford/Michigan State University in 2012. Dr. Keith was born and raised in
a small town in western Kentucky. He lives in Asheboro with his wife and two children. He enjoys
exercising, hiking the beautiful backcountry of Randolph county, cooking, gardening, and trying to be the
best dad and husband he can be.
