Dr. Robert Brown

Dr. Brown was born and raised in Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire where he received his B.S. degree in Medical Technology. Dr. Brown attended medical school at East Carolina University School of Medicine in Greenville, NC and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine through Geisinger – Penn State Medical Center in Danville, PA. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and a Fellow in the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Brown has enjoyed living in rural Asheboro since 1995.

Lisa A. Turner, FNP

Lisa Turner is a native of North Carolina, and graduated from the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She also has ten years experience as a critical care/home health nurse prior to obtaining her Nurse Practitioner degree.

Ms.Turner is currently a resident of Asheboro and her interest include biking, hiking, reading, and homemade crafts.

Tami Raynor, PA-C

Tami Gardner Raynor was raised in Jamestown/High Point, North Carolina. She attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh and later on in 1993 she received her Bachelor of Health Science degree in Physician Assistant from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.She is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of PAs. Ms Raynor has practiced for over 20 years in family practice, pediatrics, gynecology, obstetrics, public health and urgent care.Ms Raynor, along with her two children, Madalynn and Ford, reside at Badin Lake. She enjoys golfing, water sports and traveling.

Philip T. Olshinski, F.N.P.

Philip T. Olshinski, F.N.P. received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1993 from Winston-Salem State University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He then furthered his education by obtaining his Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1995 from East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, Tennessee. Mr. Olshinski has been trained in Neurological Critical Care, Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, and Internal Medicine. Mr. Olshinski, along with his wife, Yana and their two children, Lily and David, reside in Thomasville, North Carolina.

Dr. Davis

Dr. Davis attended Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH where she received a B.A. in French Literature. She received her medical degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA. She is Board-Certified by the American College of Emergency Physicians and is also a member of the Wilderness Medical Society. Dr. Davis resides in Pittsboro, NC and enjoys whitewater rafting, the arts and ballroom dancing.

Ruben Fernandez, PA-C

Ruben Fernandez, PA-C, received his Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biochemistry from The University of Texas at El Paso in 2013.  He then pursued a career in medicine obtaining his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson Broaddus University in 2017.  Mr. Fernandez is trained in Acute Care Medicine. Mr. Fernandez, along with his dog Cowboy, reside in Greensboro, NC.
