Lisa A. Turner, FNP
Lisa Turner is a native of North Carolina, and graduated from the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is nationally certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She also has ten years experience as a critical care/home health nurse prior to obtaining her Nurse Practitioner degree.
Ms.Turner is currently a resident of Asheboro and her interest include biking, hiking, reading, and homemade crafts.
Tami Raynor, PA-C
Tami Gardner Raynor was raised in Jamestown/High Point, North Carolina. She attended North Carolina State University in Raleigh and later on in 1993 she received her Bachelor of Health Science degree in Physician Assistant from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.She is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of PAs. Ms Raynor has practiced for over 20 years in family practice, pediatrics, gynecology, obstetrics, public health and urgent care.Ms Raynor, along with her two children, Madalynn and Ford, reside at Badin Lake. She enjoys golfing, water sports and traveling.
Philip T. Olshinski, F.N.P.
Philip T. Olshinski, F.N.P. received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1993 from Winston-Salem State University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He then furthered his education by obtaining his Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1995 from East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, Tennessee. Mr. Olshinski has been trained in Neurological Critical Care, Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, and Internal Medicine. Mr. Olshinski, along with his wife, Yana and their two children, Lily and David, reside in Thomasville, North Carolina.
Samantha Murrill is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in hospital, emergency and urgent care medicine. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2008 and her Master’s Degree in Advanced Nurse Education in 2012 from Winston Salem State University. She received her Post-Masters Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2014 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Samantha resides in Greensboro, NC and enjoys shopping, traveling, and Pittsburgh Steelers football.
Ralph Michael, FNP-C
Ralph Michael, FNP-C started out as a paramedic. He later received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2000 from Winston-Salem State University. He then furthered his education by obtaining his Master of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Winston-Salem State University in 2004. He is nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Ralph has experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, and family medicine. He resides in Lexington, NC and enjoys hunting, fishing, and farming.
Dr. Mark Keller
Dr. Mark Keller was born in Ohio and raised in Western Pennsylvania. He received his BA in Biology from Wake Forest University located in Winston-Salem, NC in 1980. Dr. Keller completed his medical training at Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University in 1985 and then went on to complete an internship and residency in Family Medicine at North Carolina Baptist Hospital located in Winston-Salem, NC. Dr. Keller has 30 years of experience in Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine. He is a Father of three and a Grandfather of four.
Dr. Blanchard is a Louisiana State University graduate and an avid LSU tigers fan. After completing undergraduate school Dr. Blanchard went to medical school at Ross University on the Caribbean island of Dominica. After completing a Family Medicine residency in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, he went on to start his career in Urgent Care.
Dr. Blanchard’s hobbies include backpacking, kayak fishing, hunting, or snow skiing. Dr. Blanchard and his wife recently moved to North Carolina from Louisiana to raise a family and to enjoy the beautiful
mountains and beaches.
Dr. Arthur Tascone
Dr. Arthur Tascone obtained his college degree in Biochemistry from Binghamton University. Directly after college he attended medical school at Stony Brook Medical School. As a medical student he did rotations in the emergent department which galvanized his intent to pursue emergency medicine as a career. He attended LAC-USC Medical School for his internship and residency. Since 1992 he has practiced emergency medicine and urgent care medicine at WakeMed Raleigh, Priority Urgent Care-Cary, and Harnett Health in Dunn, North Carolina. During his free time Dr. Tascone enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling to the North Carolina coast and outdoor activities.
